GOODS OF DESIRE : DELAY NO MORE

This design was created during my internship at Goods of Desire, a lifestyle brand based in Hong Kong that takes inspiration from the past and present local culture. The Heathrow T-shirt was designed for their Delay No More* SS11 line. I was inspired by news articles about the snow storm in England, and how many people were stranded in Heathrow Airport.

This design is a play on the word 'delay', which can be applied as the flights being delayed, or in the context of 'diu lay' (fuck you). *"Delay no more" comes from Cantonese foul words with similar sounds (diu-lay-lo-mo), which means "fuck your mother".
